Our Manufacturing Facilities located at Davangere in Karnataka (NH-4 Bangalore-Mumbai Highway) is well equipped with State of art Infrastructure, Equipment and in-house Hot Dip Galvanising Facilities for meeting Customer’s requirements of Solar Support Structures.

Manufacturing Facility is built in an area of 250000 SFT with Covered area of 45000 SFT fabrication & Galvanising shop for a production capacity of 250 to 300 Masts Per Annum.

The plants are equipped with the following machinery like MIG Welding Machines, Tig Welding Machines, Arc Welding Machines, Pedestal Grinders, Surface Grinders, Hand Grinders Hydraulic Shearing, Punching , Stamping & Notching Machines, Mechanical Power Presses, Hydraulic Plate Shearing Machines, PUG cutting Machines, Hydraulic Bending Machines, Radial & Pillar Drilling Machines materials movement equipment like EOT Cranes, Gantry Cranes, Tripod Chain Pulleys, Motorised Mobile Cranes.

Fabrication of Wind Masts are manufactured strictly as per IS Standards as per IS7215:1974 We assemble & test prototype towers before Mass production.

Raw Material is strictly purchased as per IS2062:2011& Fabrication is done according to IS7215:1974 All the process parameters are continuously monitored & recorded through various checks and the fully equipped in House laboratory to ensure consistent product quality.

At SITPL we have standardised the process of Selection of Vendors, Procurement of Raw Material, Inspection of Raw Material on Receipt, Storage, Further process for fabrication & galvanising as per our Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).

We have produced more than 800 Wind Masts from 2004 to 2016……….
