Our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant is equipped with advanced machinery including hydraulic shearing, punching, stamping, and notching machines, mechanical power presses, hydraulic plate shearing machines, PUG cutting machines, and radial and pillar drilling machines. We also utilize modern materials-handling equipment such as EOT cranes, gantry cranes, tripod chain pulleys, and motorized mobile cranes to ensure efficient production processes.
We conduct prototype assembly of towers before mass production to ensure accuracy and structural integrity. Raw materials are sourced as per the standards, and our fabrication process is continuously monitored and recorded through rigorous quality checks. Our in-house laboratory ensures product consistency by adhering to an approved Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), guaranteeing that every product meets the required specifications.
Our state-of-the-art facility in equipped with a galvanizing bath measuring an impressive 10m Length x 1m Width x 1.6m Depth This extensive setup allows us to achieve a monthly production capacity of 5,000 metric tonnes, with our current output reaching 4,500 metric tonnes per month.
